Hey, I’m Avery!
My name is Avery Ogden, certified and licensed massage therapist, certified and licensed athletic trainer, and owner of Bodywork by Avery Massage Therapy, LLC.
I moved to Colorado from Vermont in 2022 and have been practicing massage therapy since 2014 after graduating from the Green Mountain Massage School in Hyde Park, Vermont!
I have always loved massage since the first time I received one at age 18 and knew immediately after that someday I wanted to practice massage therapy.
After graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science and Board Certification in Athletic Training, I still wanted to go to massage school. I worked full-time while attending massage school and began my part-time massage practice in March of 2014.
Since then, I have worked in a variety of settings including a hotel, personal training gyms, a spa, and a physical therapy office.
After moving to Colorado, I joined Bodywork by Wini, where I have practiced since relocating. With Wini’s retirement, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue serving this community while building Bodywork by Avery for the first time in my massage career.
My approach combines therapeutic bodywork, relaxation, assisted stretching, and individualized care to help clients move better, recover well, and feel more at home in their bodies.
